Without being insulting to the casual stranger on the street (for looks can be deceptive after all), trying to find something to represent “agnoiology”, which is ‘The study of the nature of ignorance or of what it is impossible to know; a particular theory concerning this’ (OED) proved somewhat taxing. The stone statue came to my rescue, as she looks as though she is definitely contemplating that which is impossible to know.
