“Moochin” means: ‘A difficult or disagreeable person, esp. a child. Sometimes used as a scolding term of reproach. (In quots. only from the writings of Dylan Thomas.)’, (OED). And there’s a lot of moochin going on here … a) I was moochin’ around the area looking for moochins; b) The snowman in the window is unquestionably a moochin – anything to do with Christmas before the 22nd December is most disagreeable; c) There is arguably a little moochin in the pic as well. I say arguably because he might be a very nice child indeed.
