I think it’s too cold for snow, so there was no fresh coating today, but I managed to find this rather grubby pile of leftovers to get my word of the day – ‘ninguid’: ‘Snowy; covered in snow’, (OED). Not much left of the whiteness that one normally associates with the adjective ‘snowy’, I’m afraid.
